As a bass player I have been fortunate to backup a wide variety of artists and to perform a diverse set of music over my career. In addition to my own groups I have also backed up Prince, Sheila-E, Bernie Worrell, Kali Uchis, Cuco, Ruben Ramos, Aaron Freeman (AKA Gene Ween), Karl Denson, Mary J. Blige, Maceo Parker, Helado Negro, Daniel Johnston, Nina Diaz, Mon Laferte, Charlie 2na, Raekwon, Biz Markie, Archie Bell, Will I. Am, Talib Kweli, Gina Chavez, Carrie Rodriguez and many others.

     I have extensive experience performing Latin music, Funk, Rock, Cumbia, Hip Hop, Soul, R&B, Heavy Metal,  Reggae, Blues and Jazz styles all with an emphasis on groove, feel and time.
